- High Performance double glazing as standard – blocks approx 70% of radiant heat and gives 99% protection from UV rays

Throat on custom-made flashing must not exceed 35mm – otherwise Gyprock, when installed, will encroach upon glass area.
- NB: VELUX recommends FCM is installed with a slight pitch (e.g. 3°-5°) to help prevent condensation build-up and water ponding on the glass.
- **FCM 2270 not recommended for “landscape” orientation.
